The existence of DPS is recognized based on applicable laws and regulations. The existence of DPS in sharia financial institutions and sharia banking aims to oversee sharia principles that must be implemented in real terms in the contract system and transactions in Islamic financial and banking institutions. Empirically, the recognition of legislation on the existence of DPS has not been fully implemented by Islamic financial and banking institutions. In fact, recommendations regarding the findings of sharia principles violations in the contract system and transactions in sharia financial and banking institutions often receive a response from the board of directors. Therefore, the most important indicator that DPS must have is the professionalism of its human resources. Competence is a determinant factor in recruiting DPS. These competencies include aspects of mastery of fiqh muamalah theories, competency in reading financial statements, and competencies in the field of engagement law.</em></p> H. For its practice in the Islamic banking of Al Qardh Al Hasan serves as a bailout fund for a short period of time, the customer will return it quickly, as a facility to obtain funds quickly because the customer cannot withdraw the funds, for example due to being stranded in deposits, as a facility to help small and medium businesses or social community. With the sophistication of the modern world now euthasia is considered a necessity, while euthanasia in Islamic law equates its law to murder. Murder is categorized in three forms, namely intentional murder, murder resembles intentional, and murder by mistakes. And euthanasia is divided into two, namely active euthanasia and passive euthanasia. This book explains about a guideline of government in set a state policy. Ibnu Qayyim in his book divided pricing policy into 2 kinds those are fair pricing policy and legal and also unfair pricing policy and it is prohibited. This study is conducted by using library research method with the purposes to describe the thoughts of Ibn Qayyim about pricing policy. Analysis result showed that fair pricing policy in market mechanism has been main guidelines in every its transaction. The first study focused on the early history of government in the history of Islamic politics since the Prophet built the State of Medina until it developed until the Abbasid dynasty. Al-Mawardi, who lived in the Middle Ages when the political situation at that time was very unstable and led to the decline of the Abbasid dynasty, gave birth to a concept of a government system based on the political reality of his day. Imam al-Mawardi's political thinking was then poured in the work of al-Ahkam al-Sulthaniyyah and became a basic concept for the development of political thought and its application in the modern era including in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the application of al-Mawardi's theory of social contracts explains the relationship between <em>ahl al-halli wal aqdi</em> and <em>ahl Imamah</em>. This study discusses how the contract system in the Mandiri Health BPJS, how the mechanism for collecting contributions to the Mandiri Health BPJS, and how the quality of BPJS Health guarantees in Parepare City for health services for Mandiri Health BPJS participants. This study included a qualitative descriptive study with an analysis of Islamic economic law in the Office of BPJS Health in the City of Parepare. The results of the study indicate that the contract system in the Independent Health BPJS in the City of Parepare is in accordance with Islamic economic law and the mechanism for collecting contributions from Mandiri Health BPJS participants is not in accordance with Islamic economic principles. The results showed that the type of household consumption in Makassar City, dominated by expenditure for nonfood. Income, education, number of family members, number of family members, saving, credit, employment status of head of household simultaneously have a significant influence on household consumption expenditure in Makassar City. Household income, number of working family members, saving, and credit, partially have a significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Makassar City, whereas the education of head of household, the number of family member, occupation of head of household have influence which is insignificant to household consumption expenditure in Makassar City.
